EXECUTIVE AND PERSONAL LIFE COACHING
First session is without charge. After the initial introductory session a contract established for 3 months initially to make sure the coaching relationship is a fit for coach and coachee. After a successful evaluation of the first 3-month phase a coaching arrangement is made for 15-18 months. Sessions generally are conducted every 2 weeks or minimum of twice a month. It may take place in person, via phone, and through group coaching sessions.

HUMAN RESOURCE DEVELOPMENT CONSULTING
Partnership is the cornerstone to great consulting relationships. These services are mostly project based and follow an established consulting cycle to ensure all the necessary steps are taken to reach successful action planning, implementation and adoption of interventions. Contracts are determined after an assessment of the scope and time investment required is conducted. A systems approach is used to help the client gain a thorough understanding of all the factors that impact their organization and their goals. The ultimate goal is to transfer skills and knowledge by educating the client so that their business can perform without the assistance of the consultant after completion. There are times when clients just need extra help planning and doing research that informs their internal consultants and this is also available.

SEMINARS AND TRAINING PROGRAMS
These services focus on personal awareness, team building, and individual/team renewal. Several options exist within the network of The HEARTWOOD Group, LLC. Training programs are specifically designed to meet the needs of the organizations and individual clients. Fundamental training on a variety of leadership skills, strategic planning, and organizational skills are available. Providing programs after thorough assessment is the standard practice. This avoids unsuccessful and costly training interventions.
